- ›Sole engineer responsible for the entire front-end of a portal with 3M+ monthly pageviews — owning architecture, performance, ad tech, and end-to-end delivery.
- ›Led the Core Web Vitals initiative in partnership with Google: cut mobile CLS by 90% (0.3 → 0.03), taking the site from failing to 100% passing and raising Good URLs in Search Console from 5.21% to 72.25% (mobile) and from 22.12% to 92.9% (desktop).
- ›Re-architected the Google Ad Manager integration: unified ad modules under Single Request Architecture (SRA), replaced a timer-based refresh (a Google policy violation) with viewability-based refresh, and removed dead Prebid code — protecting revenue and page speed.
